Electrical

Built for electrical contractors

You wire houses, switchboards, and commercial fitouts. You also answer the phone at 7pm, write COES certificates by torchlight, and chase invoices on Sunday morning. Nunik Co. builds the quiet system underneath your business so the paperwork, intake, and follow-up run themselves while you stay on the tools.

THE SHAPE OF THE DAY

Compliance, callouts, and cashflow at once.

An electrical contractor in Australia carries three jobs in their head at all times. The job on the tools. The job that called while you were under a roof. The job that finished last Tuesday and still has no invoice.

Certificates of Electrical Safety, COES lodgements, switchboard photos, test results, and customer signatures all need to land in the right place at the right time. Miss one and the insurer asks questions. Miss two and the next audit is a long afternoon.

After-hours calls are the other tax. A fault at 9pm becomes a quote at 11pm becomes a forgotten thread by Friday. Customers ring three sparkies and book the one who replies first, not the one who is best.

The office work piles up on the kitchen bench. Quotes sit in drafts. Variations get verbal. Invoices go out late, get paid later, and the cashflow gap quietly widens while the work itself is going fine.

THE BUILD

Electrical contractor CRM and automation.

We deploy a single operating layer that runs intake, compliance, jobs, and invoicing on one spine. Your CRM, certificate generator, customer portal, and field tools talk to each other. Yukti, our automation engine, handles the after-hours intake, the COES drafts, the follow-ups, and the reminders so the office side of the business runs without a dedicated office.

Recurring care

The retainer keeps the system honest as your work changes. We monitor intake quality, refine the AI triage as new fault patterns appear, and update certificate templates when ESV or state requirements shift. We tune quote templates, follow-up cadences, and reporting each month. You get a working session to review what is converting, what is stalling, and what to automate next. Pricing is fixed monthly, no hourly games.

HOW IT RUNS

A week on the tools, not in the office.

Monday morning you open the app in the ute. Three jobs are already scheduled, materials lists attached, addresses ordered by the shortest drive. The two enquiries that came in overnight are sitting as triaged quotes, ready for you to glance at and send.

On site you take photos of the switchboard, tick off the test results, and sign the docket on the phone. The COES drafts itself from the job data. You review, sign, and the customer gets a copy in their portal before you have packed the van.

At lunch a call comes through. The AI intake has already asked the right questions, captured the address and the fault, and booked the customer into Thursday afternoon. You did not touch the phone. The quote went out while you were eating.

Friday afternoon the invoices for the week send themselves. Customers who have not paid get a polite nudge on Monday. The reviews go out to the jobs that closed cleanly. You drive home with the paperwork already done, which is the part you used to dread.

Common questions

Before you brief us.

Do you handle Certificates of Electrical Safety and COES lodgements?

Yes. We build the certificate drafts directly from job data so the licensed electrician reviews and signs rather than retyping. Templates match the requirements for your state, Victoria, NSW, Queensland, or others, and the archive is searchable by address, licence number, or date. Lodgement to the relevant body is wired in where the API allows. The licensed sign-off always stays with the qualified person, the system just removes the manual typing.

Will the after-hours intake actually book real jobs or just take messages?

It books real jobs. The AI triages the fault, captures the address and access details, asks the questions you would ask, and either schedules into your calendar or escalates to you by SMS for genuine emergencies. You set the rules for what counts as urgent. Most after-hours enquiries land as a confirmed booking by morning with a quote already drafted, ready for your review.

Can it work with my existing accounting and field tools?

Yes. We integrate with Xero and MYOB for invoicing, payments, and GST, and we connect to the field tools you already use where sensible. If you have a working stack, we build on top of it rather than ripping it out. If you are starting from scratch, we set up a clean spine. The goal is one source of truth for jobs, customers, and compliance, not another app for you to check.

How long until the system is running for my business?

Most electrical contractor builds go live in four to six weeks. Week one and two we map your jobs, certificates, and quote flow. Week three and four we build the intake, CRM, and portal. Week five and six we test against real jobs, train you and any apprentices, and switch over. The retainer starts after go-live and keeps the system tuned as your business grows.
